Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tally and TallyHub, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Service Description

Tally is an AI-powered assistant that connects to your existing tools and automates workflows on your behalf. TallyHub is a marketplace for discovering, sharing, and monetizing AI skills. Both services are provided on an “as is” basis and may be updated or modified at any time.

Account Registration

To use Tally, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tally to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Upload malicious content or skills to TallyHub
• Use the service for any purpose that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive

Intellectual Property

Tally, TallyHub, and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Tally. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the service. By using Tally, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

Skill Marketplace (TallyHub)

If you publish skills on TallyHub, you retain ownership of your skill's code and content. You grant Tally a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display your skill on the marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring your skills comply with our guidelines and do not infringe on third-party rights. Revenue sharing terms for paid skills are outlined in the separate Creator Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
